It is referred to in <A HREF="http://www.theaustralian.news.com.au/story/0,20867,20705997-7583,00.html" REL="nofollow">This article</A> at The Australian's website, but I haven't seen the source data the commentator Glenn Milne is referring to. I will try to seek that out, although I should emphasise I wold have to read it with a healthy dose of skepticism regarding the claims the Greens may make.
